The apartment is composed to offer guests privacy and at the same time to make them feel the atmosphere of the place. Thanks to the south-east aspect of the house you will be woken up by sunlight in the morning. The 23 sqm suit is fully equiped for your comfort. You can use WIFI to connect Internet. Your car can be parked safely in the closed parking lot. From spring to autumn your children can enjoy the wooden frame for their play and you are welcome to use a gas barbecue in the garden. In winter you can deposit your sports equipment in the building.

The building is situated at the foot of Ještěd, set in the gentle steep land. The neighbouring build-up area is without an image charge, the new building does not want to adapt, it has become a distinctness. The mass solution comes out from the building program. The main building has two floors: downstairs there are daily rooms, upstairs there are bedrooms. All the rooms view the Ještěd panorama. The self-contained apartment with the discrete entrance door is above the garage in the minor building.
